Rós is a big and attractive mare, who holds a very special status here in Holtsmúli as a riding horse for the kids.

Her temperament is very cooperative and gentle, and she can be ridden by beginners and enjoyed by more experienced riders as she seems to just rise to the occasion when asked to perform better by more experienced riders.  She is four gaited with clear and correct gaits.
