Ernir has served a very special purpose here in Holtsmúli as Svanhildur special lesson horse.

Svanhildur has trained Ernir for most of his life as a three gaited horse, and used him as a horse to learn and practice dressage movements from our trainer that regularly comes to Iceland to train the Urvalshestar team. Ernir has been great at this, and he and Svanhildur have had many great years together. He is now sold and serves a similar purpose in Germany.
