These two great horses are Röðull, age 25, and Stjarni, somewhat younger.  We have Röðull here to take care of in his old age, and in return the daughters in the house get to train him.  He is certainly worth his weight in gold, and is very much loved.  As you can see he gets to live in the garden, sleeps under the trees with his best friend Stjarni and looks very comfortable :)
